The flame job is hideous.

Someone needs to drop a memo to the Japanese stylists that flames are played out.

Re: A peek at the new R6

I can't tell if they addressed the alarming issue of the gas tank rupturing in a lowside, so maybe flames haven't completely run their course in the case of this model..

It's just because you don't get it. It's like the bike is going really really fast and is catching on fire. It's not like it's on fire because there's problem with it!

Looks better now does it?

As far as the red line goes, I think Yamaha learned their lessons, let the customer figure it out by himself.

They are correct on the cool of license plate removal and laptimer. Now how about no need to cut for sliders... Honda are you listening!

Re: A peek at the new R6

I see the geometry is less aggressive... Bet it doesn't handle as sharp as the 06-07.

The flame job is a commemorative edition for all the R6s that spontaneously combusted.

And you can whittle shavings off the subframe to start a fire if you're ever lost in the woods with this thing - That's nice feature.

isn't that bolt just behind the turn signal the one you'd use for a frame slider?

I see they aren't made for short people. seat height 33.5 inches.

You mean if you lowside in the woods and rupture the tank? What happens if you try to hose off a magnesium fire with water?

you can't put a number on "rev to the moon." the tach just goes in moon phases. once you hit total eclipse you better jump off so you don't get a rod through your leg.
