Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
Sorry, no sale. I remember Fiat cars - wouldn't want to saddle a perfectly good streetbike with that marque.
Now, If they get Alfa-Romeo, that's a different story. Not that the car is much better, but the logo rocks.

Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
I knew a kid who died in one of those when the struts broke through the rusted mounting points and he lost control..
The 850 Spyders would catch on fire at random moments, too. Don't forget the YUGO was essentially a Fiat. Niiiiiiiice car.

Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
Mine was fun to drive, but the starter crapped out ($160), and the alternator ($200- oh and that's 1986 prices) and you sometimes had to smack the dash to get the relays for the headlights to open or close. Then the reverse gear went out. It sill ran for a short time after that, until it overheated and actually melted a hole in the cylinder head between two of the cylinders

Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
I hear you. If somehow Rossi wins the championship then I think it would be kind of cool for R1 owners but other than that just a fancy paint job like the Repsol, even though the Repsol scheme looks better to me. I don't think I'd pay extra for either. Now if they offered that Red/White scheme that Rossi used @ Valencia last year (if I remember right) I'd be all over that.

Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
Heh, a friend at work had some V8 Alfa he was tinkering with. It was kinda weird looking, but a decent car. Seemed kinda like an Italian Mustang.

Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
Wow. I had to look that up. Nice car - kind of Jag-ish but lighter.
Kawboy69, the scourge of Grattan Turtles should pick that up as an avatar.

Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
I don't see quite enough gravel on the side of that bodywork to say it looks like Rossi's bike.

Re: Look like Colin/Rossi
And it is on Ebay. Probably 4 days left. Some other cool pictures, he did a good job with it.
