I like the red and white also. From a looks standpoint I really like it. I really like the rims too. I'm not a fan of the Honda three-spoke rims.

Some interesting stuff on that bike but the interviewer and interviewee are both lame.

It certainly sounds different in an enticing way! Somewhat between an I4 and Ducati.

Check out the June issue of RRW... 2009 Litre bike comparison. New Yamaha finishes last:

"...it fell further behind in objective testing due to having the lowest peak horsepower, the most weight, the slowest best lap time and the slowest average lap time among all testers."

They rated the Honda number 1 again.

Cut the two outside cylinders, paste them behind the two on the inside, push them back 65° longitudinally, mix water and coolant. Ding!!!!! You're done.

I do find it a bit humoring how much we technical nerds love "different".

The crossplane crankshaft was first done for V8's in the 20's. We get all excited about Ferrari V8 flat plane cranks.

Sportbikes have had flat cranks forever, and now a crossplane crank rocks the world.

And for the record, I'm one of the worst.
