I may try to do the same.

Will be moving this weekend and getting settled in next week - I will need a break, for sure.

If I can get time to ride, I'll go to Grattan that weekend.

This might be possible, but I'd have to juggle some stuff around at work and hopefully have the CBR done by then, too

Putnam 8/3/08 secret special price

First off, new here so hello and here is my first contribution.

Not sure if I am suppose to say this, but just trying to pass along a good deal to fellow riders. I missed out on the Curvechasers $99 special they did for like 48hrs, so I emailed them hoping that maybe I could still get in on it. No go, but they did let me in for $125. They told me to register and in the comments section put $125 offer. Submit your registration and then close out, don't go on to the pay now part. Shortly after that I got an email invoice and then you just pay with a credit card. Still a pretty good deal.

Kinda late notice but just in case. Looks like they only have a few spots left too in a couple of their groups. They have it posted on their website. CURVECHASERS Track Days

Now I just need to figure out a date I can do at Mid O.

Great to see as well, and Biz Jet too. Had a great day but the heat got to be after lunch and I called it a day. It was good to get out there and ride today and let loose a little bit. Just wish I would have remembered to swap sides on my laptimer from Grattan.

Nice facility!

It was good to see Bake again and meet Hammer for the first time. I need to stop hanging around you guys at tracks or I might end up with a dedicated track bike tucked away in the garage... I can't afford what I've got now!

Bake - I'll take you up on exploring the roads of southern Indiana. I think we'll get settled in the new house within the next few weeks and I should be able to get away more often.

Glad you all had a great time up there. It was &%^$*# hot down here. Only rode today and had to skip a couple sessions.

What is scary is the ARMCO barrier that is no more than 5 foot off the pavement with a few blue bails protecting it. Not a good place to get squirely. You can get one hell of a drive off that corner, kind of like grattan on the straight but smoother. And yes we were hauling the mail today. I cannot confirm it due to the laptimer problem, but the ass dyno said I made a new personal record. I just do not know what it is though.

I done about the same thing, ate lunch and did one session after that and found out that angus burgers do not settle well on your stomach in the heat. So I sat out a session and took a nap in the paddock and when I was awakened by a damn SV650 with a D&D pipe I asked Jordan if she wanted to pack up and she agreed, so we left around 3:00

Looks like you're chewing up the area where you're coming off full lean, and getting the drive off the corner. That's also left side which doesn't get warmed up as quick as the right, with only turn 4 and 8 lefties.

Right side is just as bad.
