You may need help converting from fractional to metric though. Just start with a 150 cm by 150 cm, 2cm thick piece of 14 ply birch and go from there . . .
I got the convertion down pretty well... but what is a birch? Some kind of offspring of a bird and a bitch...?

here ya go.... the whole thing is spaced off the ground by the 2x4s that are across under the slots the for the tires and at the top has blocks that you cant see to make it level. the verticle peices are angled narrower at the top so that it holds both front and rear tire securely and the 2x4's are doubled up where the eye-bolts are so that the tiedowns down pull them out. to hold it in place we cut blocks of 2x4 to hight and wedged them between the framework you see here and the bottom rail of the trailer. had no probs with it moving around at all with one bike in it on the way up and 2 on the way back. hope this helps and if you want/need the measurments let me know and also if you want them in metric or inches
Thanks. That's similar to what I was thinking but I'll be using a thick plywood sheet instead of building a frame from scratch. Same thing different style I guess.
Thanks again.
