Make Your Bike Look Better Ride

Is there any possibility of planning a ride this year? Maybe in the spring...or

I am talking about a river road/burger run/tobacco road type of thing that we could get together on for a day or two. I willing to travel , so it could take place in a central area for you all.

I know there are a bunch of you that have done stuff like this, and I believe there is at least one new VFR owner around here that needs to return his bike to that sort of thing.

Plus you get the coveted benefit of riding with a Multistrada to enhance your bike's appearance!

If it was shifted slightly this way, IL, MO, etc. and was between June 15th and July 31st I'd be interested. I know that's asking a lot.

That area would be good for me. Lots of great roads.

Where do you usually stay there?

I hope to be heading west after Grattan, so I would be interested in something out that way. There are great roads in SW MO, and NW Arkansas. Or where ever, if you know some good ones.

What a sacrifice to have to stay in such a place!

I think you should sell that thing and get a street legal motard. You know you will be addicted after your next trip!

Who bought a VFR?

I'll keep checking this thread for dates but my job doesn't allow me to plan too far out. I'd just try to jump on any dates you guys settle on.

The VFR list gathering (COTU) is being planned for May 16-18, current base is Cambridge OH, but there is an effort underway to get it back down to the Marietta, OH area for better access to WV roads. I do plan to be down there for that. This is planned as a come in Friday evening, ride Saturday, and go home after breakfast on Sunday kind of ride ... with general libations Friday and Saturday night.

Otherwise, if it is close enough and I can squeeze out an extra vacation day, I'll see what I can do ... not that it matters to any of you

This looks like a good plan to me. We need to work out some particulars as far as dates and places to stay.

I knew it! I knew someone would make a crab joke. I'm not surprised you were the first!!! I thought by specifying "Maryland blue crabs" I'd have headed off the comments, but I should've known better!!
