Someone should tell him the bike would be less of a handful if he puts them on correctly...

Re: Whats wrong here?

It's missing the "never down" and "adult ridden" descriptions.
Other than that, it's just another run of the mill Suzuki rider ad.

Re: Whats wrong here?

That's actually a high performance mod that lightens the rotational pull of the wheel as its centrifugal forces generally are too strong and result in a lack of front end feedback, lower drag coefficient, and instability at high speeds. This mod allows you to easily gain 15-20mph on your top end speed.

Surprised y'all didn't know that.

Hey, where'd that shocked smiley go? The one with the eyes really wide, then one looks like it twitches? That's the one I'd use right now, followed by:

OMG, you have to let us know what his reply is. That doesn't spoil the fun, that adds more fun, because the answer's gotta be priceless.

Re: Whats wrong here?

--- My Question ---

Does the bike handle better with the forks on backwards?

--- His Reply ---

They are that way for better braking performance and better for stoppies. It was done on purpose.

I got the same reply -

Allow me to retort!

You are, of course, free to do and think what you want, but give this some thought..

1> In effect, you now have the braking forces pulling the calipers AWAY from the forks. The castings that they are attached to on the fork lowers are clearly designed to brace them as they push against the forks, the triples, the headstock, and effectively the whole frame of the motorcycle.

2> If there was any truth in what you're saying, don't you think Brembo, Nissin, Tokico, Performance Machine, and every single motorcycle manufacturer involved in manufacturing, much less the prototype teams involved in racing would be doing it that way? That represents a combined group of engineers making hundreds of millions of dollars who say you're wrong.

If one of these relatively weak castings that you are using incorrectly breaks under the considerable force of a very fast motorcycle in a panic stop, you will be responsible for the injury or possible death of the rider. Are you that sure??
