    Suit repair pics

John bickle is officially the man

My suit was in pretty good shape, but I sent it to him to have a few minor things repaired. I was touching the suit instead of the knee slider down on some faster corners, I had some tearing in the seat area from my off at shannonville and I needed some of the seams fixed as well as the "trim" had ripped a bit.

John had the suit for about 3 weeks(I told him no hurry) and I got it back last week. He fixed everything to a near factory finish. He added velcro to the knees to allow me to properly position my sliders, fixed my trim issues and repaired the seat to the point where I can hardly tell it was repaired and added my name front and back(look out, I think that last one just shaved 4 seconds a lap...)

He also leather conditoned the WHOLE suit.

I know JBD has had repairs done there too and he has been nothing but happy as well. John is a smaller operation, based out of his house I beleive. He makes also makes tire warmers and PUG(preformance under gear which I LOVE, so much better than underarmor) He is a MAJOR supporter of racing in ontario/nationally and attends a lot of races, providing leather repair work and some much needed track stuff(sliders, warmers etc)

I HIGHLY recommend talking/dealing with John. I was overly pleased with the service I got from him. I think all the work he did for me was around 140 bucks... so he's cheap too.

    Anyway, here are the pics.

Noice! John does great work. I should send my suit off to him as well in order to get my name on the back.

Here is his website, I forgot to add it in the original post.

He has a winter special going on right now I think, unless that was a pre christmas sale.

Aaaaaand my suit's in the mail! I just went with something REALLY basic.

It'll be sent back to me with a set of warmers, a PUG beanie/cap, and a PUG longsleeve top and bottom.

I talked with him about getting my name and number on my back. I've been thinking about it for about it for awhile, and now that I have a nice suit, it would be nice. I'm also getting his 2 stage warmers.

I just got my leathers back from John Bickle, along with a set of warmers and the PUG stuff. As I mentioned before I went with the basic 3" lettering, nothing fancy.

I'm happy with it, especially for the price I paid. John gave me a great package price because of the other items I purchased.

Interesting, I'm confused though. Why does your suit say Giguere on it?

I don't have my name on my leathers cause I don't want people to know who they are passing (not that its hard to tell anyway)

Thanks for the kind words Rob..... but you're supposed to say "pffft you'll have to pass me first", or "Yeah, in your dreams Richard", or "Fat chance, jerk face!".... you get the idea
