    Held Phantom Gloves

One word: OMG! Wait, maybe that's 3 words, but one acronym...regardless. They are AWESOME! They fit great. Held sizes gloves based on the measurement around your palm rather than the typical S, M, etc etc. So the fit is great. Nice think hide. Padding from outside of the palm to the outside of the gauntlet. Just really well made. I'm really excited about them. So nice. I just can't explain. The only complaint is that the fingers seem a bit short (have have long fingers ) and the seems inside the gloves touch my fingertips, but I think after I wear them a bit this will go away.

Ok OK quit dancing around the issue. Do you like them or not?

Where around the palm do you measure? I'm just about due for new mitts.

edit: when you post pics of new gloves it is standard operating procedure to flip the bird. You're not in trouble, just don't let it happen again. Alternatively you may use "The Shocker".

My bad yo. Not an excuse but recently my team was scolded for cussing too much at work. Plus I've tried to quit cussing and being vulgar in general. Honest. No really.

Measure horizontally around the palm w/ a cloth tape.

My Held Kryptons are the most comfortable gloves I've ever owned. Expensive, but these gloves look like they'll last forever (and they make me go really fast, too).

Nice!!! That's the color I'd have gotten, too. They would go perfectly with my Vanson suit which is red/white/back with some blue.

Nope, not these. But I did get a sweet "WERA" special price from SportBikeTrackGear.

And before the Galaxies were "invented" I liked the Helds I had prior. They didn't have names then, just a model number which I don't remember. I only got rid of them because they were old and faded and didn't have the hard knuckle protection. They also didn't have as long a gauntlet. Otherwise, all stitching looked fine.

    Re: Held Phantom Gloves

As you know, I won the set of Phantoms in the Nelson supporters raffle. In terms of fit and finish they are easily as nice as any glove I have worn. Even the RS-Taichi customs I had made several years ago.

If they hold up half as well as they are reported to, they're going to be great!

    Now in stereo
    Visionaries say "Yes, we can."
    Engineers say "Not so fast."

    and Seamus is awesome
