Tiny Elvis sez Lookit those rotors, they're HUGE!
Best place to get Arai parts?
prices on the Bay seem high.
I'm just looking to get a tinted visor for my new Profile helmet and smaller cheekpads. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dan

Or call Arai. Most (all) dealers that sell Arai can get what you want also. The shields are not cheap though.

+1. I've seen them work on a friend's helmet at a MC show and they are fantastically service-oriented, knowledgeable people - deserving of support, IMO.

Thanks gang! I just called them and had a very pleasant order experience. With luck, I'll have those parts in time for this weekend's ride.

Yeah, they rock. Rob custom-fitted the Arai I bought at the NY show for no extra charge. Finally, for the first time, I had a helmet that fit perfectly. No more getting a helmet, then having to buy different cheek, head pads, they'll install the correct ones, and add whatever else is necessary. They keep the fitting info on file, so you can then order from them over the phone (unless, of course, you change models). When I crashed that Arai, I called, ordered up a new one, let them know my notes were on file, and I had another custom fit one shipped quickly (again, no extra charge for custom fitting). They will get all my future Arai business.
If you purchase a helmet and are an AMA member, you get a pretty good discount over their already good prices. If you wait and purchase at one of the MC shows over the winter, they sometimes have show specials, too. And all the helmets I've purchased from them have been 6 months or newer from the date of manufacture, which is very important to me.

No, they're only good for 5 years from the manufacturer date, so if I'm paying full price for a new helmet, I don't want one that's been already been sitting on a shelf for over a year or more.
