A*

Even the ICON field armor vest is actually a pretty decently built piece. Borrowed Kawboy's at Putnam a couple years ago.

I have the A* Bionic Vest. Like the integrated back and chest protection, the mesh vents real well and, so far, I haven't run into any jacket it didn't fit under. I did have to remove the foam pad from my JoeRocket track leathers but that's because they were a bit tight.

I have the A*'s that I'd sell real cheap. 50 bucks.

I've tested my Alpinestars and it worked remarkably well.

I also have that and a regular A Stars one. I am considering a JR one that is the upgrade for my street stuff.

Also worth checking out is the Forcefield stuff. Johnson Leather is the main US distributor, and they're great to deal with.

I have read about the Forcefield...they are similar to the Joe Rocket one. Both are EN1621-2 certified but the force field is Level 2 and the Joe Rocket Level 1. I would want the Forcefield but I need it by Saturday and I am not sure I can get it in time.

I just ordered a Knox Aegis from these guys upon a recommendation (crash tested) from a bud. KNOX Armor:Body Armor:Back and Spine The site also has some really good product demonstration videos.

If you've got a little extra room in your leathers, check out the Contour, it's supposed to be top-notch.

I don't have a pic right now. I can take one tonight. Also, I probably can't get it to you by Thursday. I won't be able to ship until tomorrow so unless you'd be willing to help me pay for next day shipping...

Have you tried Kneedraggers? They're in your neck of the woods I think.

It's either an L or an XL. How tall are you? I'm 5'8" and if anything it's just a touch long.

PM me your address and preferred shipping. I know I can do USPS, and UPS. Not sure where there's a FedEx close to my work here.
