How are guantlet gloves supposed to fit?
I recently ordered a set of MotoGP gloves from sportbiketrackgear.com for $90 shipped. Order was recieved within a couple days!
Anyways, I ordered some XL's. All the fingers fit well, however if I try to fully extend my thumb the glove feels too small. When your riding you never really have to fully extend your thumb like that... Is the glove supposed to fit that way? Or do I need to see if I could exchange for the XXL? I've included some pictures to help describe the glove fit. Comfy ![]() Not so comfy - feels a bit tight ![]() It feels like my hands are getting a hella workout when I'm wearing them. I'm assuming the leather will have to break in? Thnx

If you are doing shadow puppets, I recommend the larger ones. For riding these should be just fine . . .

They will stretch.

I have those gloves too. when I first got them they were extremely hard to get on and were very uncomfortable. once they broke in I really like them. give it time for them to break in and they'll fit nicely.

I think that's the same problem Bayliss had with his pinky. You can always emulate him and grind your thumb a bit.

How are guantlet gloves supposed to fit?
Just as the man with five penises told his tailor when asked how he wanted his pants to fit. Like a glove.

I have a set of those too, they do seem to be on the small side. Hopefully stretch fairly soon.
They do feel really good, high quailty!

Re: How are guantlet gloves supposed to fit?
I paid $110 when they first came out. bastards.
crash tested at about 30-35mph. only a few scuffs on the palm. of course there was some oil on the ground that probably helped limit any damage to them. I've been very happy wearing them for 2 seasons.
