    GIVI Soft Panniers

I have a set of GIVI Soft Throw-over panniers.

They are Voyager Bags, Model T411 I believe. They don't look exactly like these: Saddle bags but I think it is due to a cosmetic revamp since mine were made.

The bags are in great shape, I don't think they ave ever been used. I bought them from a friend a couple years ago and never found a use for them. They are apparently around 20 liters capacity zipped up, or by unzipping a circular zipper, they expand to around 30 liters.

Included are: 2 bags with their attaching straps, 2 shoulder carry straps, 2 rain covers, bungee cord hold downs.

    $100.00 plus shipping

Hard to tell from the pics - any inner side protection to prevent damaging tail section paint?

I think I'd like to be in line for these if Z doesn't jump on them.
...dude you ride an offroad bike with slicks, 1/2 the weight of a GS, double the suspension, with a browning 50 cal going off 32" from your skull as a daily freaking driver - I'd expect anything except a nitro dragbike to be bland by comparison - SSG

ND= I do not care what brand of soft bags you buy, you will always get vibration rub and it will scuff the finish of the paint.

What I suggest and what I do is take Vinyl tape and place that on the bodywork for road trips. (you can even find tape that closely matches the bike, but I did not really care). Then you can throw the bags on with ease and ever have to worry about them taking them on and off.

Z, no there is no sort of paint protection on the iside of the bags. Kinda surprises me considering GIVI's quaility, and general attention to detail.

DEPO has good advice there, but the question and answer sparked my reluctant memory... I picked up some of this stuff: Products Search Page :: Motrax ::
After I got the bags, probably to use with them I suppose...

The package is a bit worse for wear, but I will throw it in with the bags...or throw it in one of the bags...

Beg to differ, my Cortech bags have a nice soft foam pillow on the inside to prevent scuffing. Many, many miles on the 929 with these fully loaded with zero scuffs.

At least that is what it looks like, but since I am a ninja you never know....

Or, alternatively, I don't know how/am too lazy to set the date on my camera...
