Hope this works out for you HD, whatever you're up to.

Emotionally this isn't an easy choice I know.

Just think of it as "simplifying".

Go get a steak and beer or something dude, spoil yourself a bit.

On the way home from delivering the MV I picked up microbrews and filet mignons.

I'm temporary for sure. When I get back in I'll do it differently though. I may even come back to street bikes first.

I may just do that. Thanks. Just did a 3.5 mile run (15 yesterday and man are the legs heavy today!) and feel a little better. While it's sad, it is also a weight off of my shoulders as well.

This is why I've never sold the trailer, warmers, etc etc.

A few years after quitting the 929 I did 15-20 trackdays between two unicorn bikes.

Of course, I've used the trailer to move almost every fuckin' year since I bought it too...but we won't talk about that...

How used are the T2 warmers? Will they fit a 190/55 rear?

Yeah looks like the original post is edited with prices a couple above yours.

Those Held Phantoms would be in my posession if I didn't just buy a new set of Helds for the trip to Grattan darnit. Good price for like new gloves tho, they are 275$ new.

I've got tires and a littering of stock parts that I don't think you'd be interested in. If I find something I think you'll want I'll keep you in mind. Chances are for the cost of shipping it'll be yours.

I do have the tires though.

And yes, everything else is up for grabs.

I saw "my" bike on the track today.

It was surreal seeing it ridden by someone else knowing that it wasn't mine anymore. I didn't think I was all that attached to this one, but I know that we learned a lot together. I became a "racer" w/ her. I learned about building a race bike w/ her. I learned how to be a better rider with her. She never let me down. We made friends together off the track. We got injured together. We spent nights healing together. We almost won a championship toghther. We even won a couple races together. There may be better race bikes out there, but this one was mine. I'll miss her. I'll get another. But for now, I mourn.

Via con dios 2004 GSXR 600. I'll miss you. Treat the new owner as well as you treated me.

    I'm getting drunk tonight.

I still have 1 Michelin Pilot Power Race rear (180) Never mounted. $100 + shipping

I also have a front. This was part of the STG tire deal that included (what they called) a Power One front. It looks like a Power One, but is really a track day compound. (Full disclosure) It was never mounted and is perfect for a track day. NO RACERS. $75 shipped.

I also have a brand new albeit a couple years old Bridgestone front rain (120). This has never been mounted and it still in the shrink wrap.

Newly listed is the Bohn adventure short. $20 + shipping.

Alpinestars GP Tech (?) back protector. A few years old but good as new. $50 + shipping.
