FS: Ohlins and HRC parts CBR1000RR 04-07

Hi guys,

I regretfully must part ways with the best bike I have ever owned. All of these parts came off a 2006 bike with only 2100 total miles but most of the parts have barely been used or rebuilt with hardly no use since... See below. Email me at ccwilli3@gmail.com or PM me with questions or for more details.

Ohlins R/T Forks with SBK valve upgrade - I just got these back from Dan Kyle in march and have put 130 miles on them. They got the valve update, new springs (a 11Nmm and 10.5Nmm), rebuild and new oil. This cost me $545 and is awesome, they are practically new. I have the std springs also, all documentation, manuals and original box. $1800

Ohlins HO shock - I sent this to Stig petterson about 500 miles ago and had it revalved to his 06-07 valve spec. It got new oil, new stack and a complete rebuild. I don't know which spring it has on it, but I believe it is 1 up from std, but it may be std. This shock too is practically brand new. Have all manuals but don't have the original box anymore. $650

HRC JSB full Ti Akrapovic kit exhaust - I just got this from another rider on another forum not even a month or so ago. Not sure how many miles total it has on it but I have put 13 miles on it since I have received and installed it. It is completely awesome. Full Ti with Ti can. It's the kit can and is straight out the back (if that matters to you). The sound is different from any other inline I have ever heard. The can is really large as is the piping. This exhaust works great on a mostly stock bike but really works well on built engines. It will require removal of the stock fan as I believe it is too big to clear the headers. It is a complete work of art on it's own and it is in like new condition. $1500 (I have been told this was over 3000 new)

HRC kit radiator - Double bypass unit that significantly improves cooling to the engine. This is probably the best mod outside of suspension I have ever used. It runs a seperate line into the oil cooler and works with stock mounting points. It doesn't have mounting for a fan, but you don't need one, it works great, even in the humid deep south. When I ride with it now, my operating temps are in the mid 160s and when I stop, it will come up to the 180s. This is even with a stock thermostat in place. $250

I am a motivated seller but this is in no means a fire sale. I will provide pictures and details later. Any questions about anything, please let me know.

PLEASE tell me you're coming to grattan. And that this will fit an 04

If so I hope that we can work something out on the rad.

Bummer it won't fit an 08'. I could use most of that.

All will fit an 04-05. The exhaust is the only iffy point, I'd have to check.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, for the shock to work properly on a 2004-2005, you would need a HRC or a stock 2006-2007 linkage also as the two bikes have different linkages.

I won't be at grattan unfortunately, but I can drop ship!!!!

hmmm... Sounds intriguing.

I already have forks and rear shock, I am also very pleased with my exhaust, but I would like to add to my cooling abilities.

I'll send a PM soon.

I'll be happy to transport any of the parts up to Grattan if shipping it to me is easier/cheaper. I'm only a few hours away from ccwilli.

I'm still interested in the radiator. As soon as I get an invoice, I'll send the payment. I'm not going to worry about getting it here and mounted before Grattan though.

Cool I wasn't sure what was going on with things. if you weren't going to take it I was going to pick it up at grattan and bring it home as a "spare"...at least if you work at the border that's what you'd hear.

Hi guys,

confirmed:

Exhaust is sold
Forks are sold
radiator is indeed sold to evl_twn

Still got the shock. If anyone is interested, please let me know. Difficult to photo something like this ON the bike. I hope to take everything off the end of this week into the weekend.

Cheers!
