I bought these online as a Mens L and they fit more like an M to me. I tried riding to work with them once or twice to see if they'd stretch and no go. So 40$ O.B.R.O. brings them to your door.

Conditionwise they are in what I would say is 8.5 / 10. They are 'like new' but I can get pics if you have questions.
