New gear
Well, it's not really a review since I did not have the chance of trying everything for real, but I've played tourist trophy last night and I'm pleased
![]() I had to get new leather and helmet after my crash. I got all new gear while down in the US. Teknic Xcelerator suit, SIDI boots and new shoei helmet. Can't wait to try it out on the track!

Looks too clean, go roll in a mud puddle and break it in.

Re: New gear
No, you don't want to "try it out".. that's why you had to get new stuff in the first place. Looks pretty snazzy, though.

I've got some used knee sliders I could sell you to make you look like you can drag a knee...
And what about the "other" leathers.?

Re: New gear
Did it improve your times in tourist trophy? Oh and I just got back from riding despite the frozen temps of winter being here.

Re: New gear
Last time I got a pretty new suit I promptly broke my shoulder blade the first time I rode in it. But that hardly ever happens, so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Re: New gear
Those are some fine looking duds. As H-D suggested, you should send 'em out to get 'JBD' plastered across the back in gold chrome.
I didn't realize you'd whacked your helmet . With no petrol-bike to provide an excuse, you better be logging some miles on that Cannondale in the background. |

Re: New gear
Yeah, whacked pretty much everything. The jacket was not that bad but it was too big for me, I bought it for street use with tick clothe underneath. I think that if the fit had been better my elbow would be in better shape. The new suit feels much better.
I went down at Calabogie.....
