Sum of All Parts
Last year, I ordered a Vortex combo pack from these guys, which included a set of race stands (front and back), front lift pin, and a pair of swingarm spools. Paid them, and everything was on it's merry little way until the package got here. Open up the box, and there is only the front stand, lift pin, and spools.
So I wait a couple of days to see if they were in another box. 3 days later, no sign. I call them up, and explain what happened. I got a long pause, and the guy on the other line said, "Not again." I didn't know what to think at this point. It turns out, there were 2 packages....that were taped together. The tape broke apart during shipping, and only the box I received had the shipping label. He asked me if I would wait a couple of more days to see if it showed up. I obliged, but the second box never showed. Call #2. Explained what happened, and got to talk to the guy I previously talked to. After he took all of my information again, he said, "I am going to send you a whole new package, front stand, lift pin, rear stand, and spools, free of charge, of course." Sweet! Received a new much larger package, and this time, everything was in it. Both stands, lift pin, and spools. So all in all, I got 2 front stands, 2 lift pins, 1 rear stand, and 2 sets of spools! Bonus!!! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and apologetic, and they definitely made everything a right. A+ for Sum Of All Parts |

Re: Sum of All Parts
I have bought a couple of things from them on ebay, and they have done a great job!

Re: Sum of All Parts
I purchased a 520 chain and sprockets kit via their website. No problems at all.
