Re: Prayers for a Former Co-Worker
'07 has certainly shaped up to be a shitty year when it comes to tragedy... My thoughts are with them.

I hate to hear news like that, especially with kids involved. Prayers sent.

Re: Prayers for a Former Co-Worker
Update:
[quote] Good evening. I have a lot of good news tonight! I’ll start off by letting you know that Natalie is doing fine. She is back in a more normal routine and doing well. Stephanie went to the doctor today and was medically released. She is sore and bruised but otherwise seems to be physically well. That is a blessing! Claire has gotten her neck collar off! This has made her much more comfortable. They also took the catheter out, had to put it back in because she couldn’t go and now have it back out again. She has gotten up to go to the bathroom which is great. Her blood sugar is better so they are only checking it every two hours now instead of every hour which is a little better. She is getting a shot in her stomach twice a day to prevent blood clots which is very painful – mom said she begs her not to let them do it. L In general though, I’m told she was in pretty good spirits today. Noah, Luke and I will head to Columbia after work tomorrow so I’ll have a first hand account again tomorrow night. Please continue to pray for Claire and also pray for us as we travel. It’s about 2 ½ hours from our house to Columbia. Thank you to everyone who let me know about the prayer chain lists. We are up to 30 states plus Washington DC and St. Vincent Island. Here is the list: 1. Missouri 2. Kansas 3. Arkansas 4. Florida 5. Texas 6. Illinois 7. Nebraska 8. Iowa 9. Oklahoma 10. Ohio 11. Oregon 12. Pennsylvania 13. Tennessee 14. California 15. Alabama 16. Georgia 17. Kentucky 18. Indiana 19. Colorado 20. New Jersey 21. Arizona 22. South Carolina 23. Wisconsin 24. Virginia 25. Washington DC 26. Minnesota 27. New York 28. St. Vincent Island in the Caribbean – Wise Evangelical School 29. Washington 30. Michigan 31. Utah 32. South Dakota If you have a Pay Pal account and would prefer to use that you can do so by going to www.paypal.com and clicking on ‘Send Money.’ It will bring up a box on the right hand side where you will be asked to enter an e-mail address in the TO: iLoveClaireMitchell@hotmail.com. If you don’t have a pay pal account, it will ask you to set one up. Once you do so, you can also use a credit card if you wish. We continue to be humbled and so thankful for all of your care and support. This is when you find out who your friends are and we have truly been blessed with the best friends and family we could imagine! God Bless You All! |

Re: Prayers for a Former Co-Worker
You can sure add prayers from Idaho to that list. Thanks for the updates, and we continue to trust that she is God's beloved child.
