On the subject of prayer requests...

A girl I went to high school with was found to have brain cancer last week. She's recently married and gave birth to a beautiful little girl 3-4 months ago. Her dad is also battling cancer and he also lost his best friend to cancer the week before last.

Today I got word from a good friend that the liver cirrhosis that his dad has been battling for the last several months is winning. Kidneys have shut down now and the family has given the ok to 'pull the plug' since there really isn't much the doctors can do.

Awful, fearful news. My heart goes out to those people and to you, Z.
