    MotoGP Races Coming to CBS TV

    CBS TV To Broadcast Three MotoGP Races News Article // RoadracingWorld.com

    Looks like they will be specifically designed for CBS with their own announcers, and Kevin Schwantz on commentary.

    It would be nice to see. hopefully american companies would get into the the sponsership deal if it was a regular deal and promoted better. I see a wonder bread ducati in haydens future?

    Hope they handle it better than Supercross. The last two rounds on CBS have been broadcast blurry. When they re-aired on Speed, they were clear. Not to mention CBS takes frames out the video to fit more of their graphics, ads, etc. Makes it hard to watch imo.

    Don't forget it starts this Sunday from Catalunya. The 250 race will still be on SPEED, but the GP race will be on CBS, from 1:30-2:30 Eastern.

    Speeds content in regards to MC racing has pretty much ruled this year. I've seen at least 3 weekends of 4-6 hours straight of motorcycle racing.

    Yep. As much as we complain about delays and other issues, it sure is nice to have almost all of the GP, WSBK and AMA stuff on TV, even if you have to wait a bit for it sometimes.

    I almost prefer to wait as the live races a la RA this past weekend seem to always be delayed and eff's up my TIVO.

    Anybody see the one today??? Did they broadcast in HD? Last time they did this, it was on the HD channels but not really HD.

    It was in HD I think-I flipped from both CBS channels and the HD was definately clearer. It was a great race to watch on a 50 inch 1080 TV.

    Yeah, the last time they did this, it was clearer but not really in HD as when American Sports are televised in HD. Have to check the next one out.
