Rossi and Nicky clearly love it. Nicky would probably rather be on a dirt track, but he seems to really enjoy MotoGP. Out of MotoGP, I think guys like Zemke and Duhamel love it too.

No disrespect taken, at all. I doubt seriously I'd have made it to MotoGP too. I think I could have fed myself and my family at least. But when I started racing, as much as I loved it, I realized for various reasons I wouldn't want to earn my living doing it. Maybe it was because I was old enough, and already through school, that I knew there were safer and easier ways of making my daily bread.

If I was going to choose a form of racing as my career, I'd probably have a go at cages anyway.

I think we both agree that Podbot taking out Nicky was retarded.... I just don't think he should be the most hated.

Taking him out was retarded. Getting up and acting like he did was unacceptable.

I think he felt guilty and shamed, mostly when saw what everybody knew for a long time and he could not, that he was out of contention. But that's beside the point, I think he acted as he should. He apologized and tried to help as much as he could.

I wish I was convinced that the apology was sincere, but his body language post-crash tells a story. I think he was told to apologize. I also blame Honda for their lack of team orders, too. At this point, though, it's all water under the bridge. On to the 2007 season!
