One still has to wonder how something as dangerous (and well documented as such) as alcohol is legal and something like pot not be.

Scary when I actually agree with Barney the perv Frank I wonder what his motivation is since he does not impress me as a limited government fan

Yet it's legal to brew your own beer and grow your own (culinary) herbs.

And your take on his sexual preferences have exactly what to do with this thread?

BTW, The governments of certain southern states could be shrunk considerably if they'd take the statutes off the books giving them the right to decide what consenting adults can do in their own bedrooms.

Queue up Penn and Teller "Bullshit." It takes money and skill to grow decent weed. Your typical Mexican 'outdo' then you are correct.

Because it's illegal. If they legalized it, they'd tax the living shit out of it. From ground water on up.

What makes Frank a pervert? Just because he's gay?

What are you, one of those "it's a lifestyle choice" types?

Oh, and jose is correct, it does take a pretty decent amount of skill to grow weed.

pervert
verb |pərˈvərt| [ trans. ]
alter (something) from its original course, meaning, or state to a distortion or corruption of what was first intended : he was charged with conspiring to pervert the course of justice.
• lead (someone) away from what is considered right, natural, or acceptable : Hector is a man who is simply perverted by his time.
noun |ˈpərvərt| |ˈpərvərt| |ˈpəːvəːt|
a person whose sexual behavior is regarded as abnormal and unacceptable.

Now by the definition yes gay is abnormal but no that is not why he got the tag. Rather it is years of his deviant behavior including having a prostitution ring run from his apartment. Oh and I would and have also called Madonna a perv (actually she is FAR worse than Barney) So no it does not focus on being gay rather than excessive behavior.

I disagree.

And it doesn't fit the description either way.

Being gay is a sexual orientation, not a sexual behavior.

It's from an old piece that The Washington Times dug up a long time ago. Frank admitted to it. He didn't run it, but it was run out of his house.

Wow, this thread was about marijuana and its decriminalization and Sheep has turned it into a 3 ringed Circus!

It does need to be decriminalized and this has been a long time coming. It's hypocrisy that alcohol is legal and pot is not.

It has been massively decriminalized. It's just not legal everywhere.
