Is an Onion article really appropriate for the Politics section?

Hell, yeah! If we can't laugh at these guys, what's the point?

Edit - I just noticed the lead for the next 'story' - "KFC's $600 Bucket offer coincides with tax rebates"

Yea, I guess. NBD. Just seems like given that it's an election year we might give it a little more discretion. Just something that kind of bugs me. Like when people call the president simply by their last name rather than "The President" or "mr president". It's disrespectful. That, and The Onion kind of pisses me off in general. I'm weird I guess.

I don't see you calling Barack Mr. President, if he wins.

Left, right, center... funny is funny. And that political spoof was funny. I liked the punji traps in the oval office drawings, that was full of win.

I'm talking about the Presidency. The office. Less the man, more the role.
