Gasoline was just around 2 bucks a gallon when these loons were voted in on a platform of "change". Well, we got change, the stock market tanked and gas is now 4 bucks...

This bill is a larf, another act in Pelosi's theater of the absurd...

The current administration combined with Congress is just fubar. Until the voting system is changed (votes not electoral college) and lobbyists removed with new legislation prosecuting any and all lobbyists the system is flawed and will remain so with little change. We actually need an overhaul of the entire US government. $200 toilets seat and the like, change the entire system....quit wasting fucking taxpayer money. If our government was a corporation it would have been shut down years ago. If Bush was a CEO, he would have been fired years ago. Fuck the whole lot of them. They get absolutely nothing accomplished as we, the taxpayers, get screwed in the process.

So we need to change from a representative republic to a pure democracy, a thought worth discussing but I think a bad idea. Then we will eliminate the right to petition our representatives so that means that I will get more access vs some rich dude As to the rest

By the way y'all voted the Congress in to get change and will also vote Obama in for the same reason. Be prepared as we are fixing to change back to the Carter economy (or worse)

Don't the demos, and especially Pelosi!, ever learn their damn lesson? They thought the courts would save them in the California energy crisis created by the f'ing idiots; they managed to get their governor tossed out of office and cost us Californians billions suing those "evil" corporations. And that was just Halliburton and the like.

Guess she figured that it worked so well they should bring the game to the international stage.

Why don't they just sue the middle class for driving pickups and huge SUVs?

not entirely related, but keys off of what was mentioned above. Not balancing budgets, spending more in the budget than tax revenue, when is this ever a good idea?

Just look at clinton's campaign, how many million are they in the hole?? And yet you want to be commander in chief? Somehow I get the feeling the tax payers will be covering that campaign financing blunder before it is all over.

HAHAHA That's awesome. Next thing you know, they'll approve building a giant fence along the border to stop the flow of illegal immigrants. HAHAHAHAHA

I think the high prices will spur A revolution in technology that will have them back in the dust igloos they came from. It will be tough for us but i think are current strategic weakness depending on them is just unacceptible. Placating that side of the world and the south should not have ever happened. We have 180 days of reserves. What happens if a real Gihad embargo happens. We can only fly the planes for so many days boming them before they just can't fly!

Ummm rant sorry but we need to figure this out like we did to get to the moon!
