    Bike set-up help sheet

Suspension set-up can be tricky and it's easy to get lost. Here's a little something I've put together to help me at race week-end next season. It's not my idea but I've modified a set-up sheet borrowed from a fellow racer last season and came up with this.

I'm sure it will be helpful for some guys here, track day riders that wants to improve or racers.

In "Total value", write down the number of clicks, or the number of total turns available.

    Comments are welcome.

fixing problems is for sissies. just ride around the problem

I have actually never touched a single adjustment on my bike since Peter Kates redid the suspension for me. and really haven't felt the need to either, it feels like it just works so wonderfully everywhere that I'm afraid of messing it up. maybe next year I'll actually try moving some of the clickers and see if I like it better and if not just go back.

if I had MS Office this sheet would probably be nice.

Try openoffice.org and see if it will load on a mac.

That spreadsheet will be very useful. As a matter of fact it is a great reminder for those of us that should be taking a few good notes.

    Thanks
