I'm not so sure I can believe the guy's story of politeness but there just isn't enough info to draw a conclusion so you are kind of stuck going with the grand jury indictment and waiting for the trial.

No doubt they were both at fault. He could've gave his right wrist a judicious twist and ended it before it started. That being said, she had no reason to use her gun and then proceed to do what she did - not to mention her jackass son. No doubt we'll be reading about him later. She could've rolled her window up and drove off just as easily - especially in an SUV.
