    Not going to hate on Ford, but shouldn't they already be bringing that body style to N.A.? I hate the current Focus, but LOVE the new body style that's already being sold in EU for what, 2 years? I remember laughing uncontrollably, shaking my head, b/c a news article said the reason why Ford didn't bring it over was because they finally figured out how to build the current Focus with relative quality and didn't want to bring something over untested...... American car companies. :P But the new Focus, even w/o the 300HP engine, is much nicer.

    Yes I think you are...but in regards to the car...they keep their most attractive and almost desirable cars in Europe...why dont they bring those cars over here...

    Because the price they could charge in North America would not justify them certifying the car here. So they kept the old one in existence to get their money out of it. Not to mention the NA market is fickle, which is why our Accord is different from the one in Europe (but you can get theirs as an Acura). Simply automotive finances.

    The Focus RS's are typically pretty nice though.

    Well would it kill them to offer just a limited run to gauge interest...I am not only talking about Ford either...Mitsu and Subaru were on my I hate them list until they started importing the turbo 4 bangers...
