    Overseas Travel Question

Typically you can have 1 computer bag, and a carry on. Can I take a computer sized bag and no computer w/ a separate carry on?

Also, have the rules around liquids and stuff been loosened?

There's a point where the increased ability to take risk is not because of increased testicular mass but rather decreased cerebral mass. - Slickwill

Many times it depends on the security wunderkind sitting there. If they give you a hassle, pour on the charm. I've still been fairly successful getting two carryons on the plane. I keep one prepped for gateside check in just in case there's a fuss.

My last trip, they even made me switch out my ziplock bag because it wasn't the official size.

edit: The other thing I found funny is they reduced what you can carry on and at the same time, reduced checked baggage weight limits. Very clever.
