    UPDATED! Should have my new truck tomorrow! PICS!

    Well you all know the Dodge Dakota is gone... After weeks of insurance calls and dealing with Asshats, I should have my new truck tomorrow. (well new to me anyways)

    After shopping for about a week and a half now we found the Perfect truck!

    It is a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 HD Crew Cab Short Bed. 60K miles, It is AWSOME!!

    It has aftermarket rims, off road tires and about a 6 inch lift (not to sure, gotta check)

    I will post up pics in this thread once I bring that bad MF'er home


    It should have no problem hauling toys around !!!

    I dont know about a "bigger" bumper but I have thought of getting something for the front like a brush gaurd or something.

    Very nice truck SPY! I'd say yes to the brush guard, although in a collision they still get pretty banged up. Perfect size lift, I'm putting a 4" lift on my Tahoe in a few weeks. Have the brush guard on the Tahoe, just for the deer in the neighborhood. You will love it, it's a huge step up from the Dakota. Lots of towing power too!
    There is no 12 step program or counseling available for my addiction...thank God!

    If I have it cranked left or right and go over a bump it rubs a little. The front bumper was shaved a bit on each side to allow clearance.


    It has a 3" body lift and I belive the tires are 305/70/16. And I think that is like 33's right??

    I'm running 31.5's on my 88 Silverado, I think you may be right on the 33's.
