He moved back to Canada and got married. (Just about 1 year before Pfizer announced their imminent departure from Ann Arbor).
One of you guys who is still on the other site might want to email him and make sure he knows what's up for Grattan.
He's not married yet... August I believe. He did move back to Canada and unfortunately with the new job wasn't able to spend as much time on the forum as we could here. He hasn't even fired the bike since last year so Grattan is out this year. I'm moving to CT with Pfizer so no Grattan for me either.
On a side note... I like the picture of the planned parenthood building with a sign that says "enter in the rear".
I can't believe it. That bee rescue site counter showed like 50 hits last night, but the lady called me back and is tentatively coming out tomorrow.
Sounds like they'll be going to a good home.

JANET terminal at McCarren.
Surely you've heard all about it being local and all?
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government.
Don't worry if you haven't heard of them, Janet Air suxors anyways. Beat up old 707s or some crap that aren't even turbofan, and there's no First Class section to upgrade to.

Snapped these pics in the doorway to my office building. Not from the doorway, in the doorway. For the last few days, each time you walk in or out of the building, you get dive bombed.
If you just stand in the doorway and don't move, it's like a scene from the movie "The Birds" but with only one bird. And it doesn't peck your eyes out. But it will poop in your car if you leave the top down, you little sonofabeach.

If it ever happens again, contact some of your local orange groves. That's what we did in Florida once when we discovered a colony about that size, or maybe a little larger.
They have their own bee colonies for pollenation purposes (naturally), and are usually quite happy to come and remove them for you.

Yeah, this lady is a farmer/beekeeper. Orange county has the lightest restrictions for keeping bees I read last night. I think this is a hold over from when this place was...well, all oranges.
I fertilized my orange tree, the one they're in, and had an amazing year for blossoms. My third or fourth crop of fruit this year is coming in now, and I have new blossoms budding as well.
I also have a garden, and the neighbor has a huge flowering/bush thing for the fence. Add a local source of water (dog bowl under the tree) and I think I know why they're here.

Best shot I could get with the EX-Z750. Well probably not the best shot....I don't know shit about what setting to use for exposure for this sort of pic.

so did you chew up some food for them while you were there?
I am not post whoring, I am providing an abundance of useless opinion.

Those guys are Scottish. They get almost as drunk and fight almost as much as the Irish but there's still a difference.
And you won't be hiding on the couch Saturday, at least not Saturday evening. Just found out (literally) the wife and I are going to prowl your area looking at houses. She just told me what my plans were for this weekend and I was going to PM you but this is just as good a way to let you know. Figured we could link up for dinner.

Bring that can over here and spray it. I'll pay your airfare.
I get to keep the rights to the movie.
This is a Hornets nest we got last year. The pic was taken with the phone, it does have hornets still attached to the nest. We sprayed the nest while in the tree and clipped the limb that it was attached to, placed the nest in a garbage bag and sprayed some more in the bag and left it for a few days. We then took the nest out and sprayed varnish on it to help preserve it.
