My dirty butt neighbor

The saga continues:

Now he thinks he is a friggin carpenter. He is now in the process of building an addition to his house. This is going to be an abortion! I can see it now.

As you can see in the attached picture, my house is the one outlined in the rectangle, his is the one with all the junk in the yard. All of our homes were built by the same guy, so they are all similar. I am just wondering............the arrow in my back yard is pointing to my septic tank clean out. The outlined area in his back yard is where he has the trench dug for the footer. Alldone by hand I might add. I just have to wonder if he is building this addition on top of his septic tank?

I will try and get some spy photos of this abortion in progress and post them up.

It used to be. I pitched such a bitch with the planning commission (Bunch of wusses) he did get rid of most of them, he only has one 15 passenger van that runs, one small POS convertible that runs half the time, and one old Dominoes pizza truck toyota that did run at the time he parked it 2 years ago. So it is better now.

At least they cannot have any more kids now, they have 7 kids and 2 adults living there. Their house is smaller than mine........ and mine is only like 1285sq ft.

Why don't you have a bunch of trees planted along your property line with this idiot? Too bad they wouldn't survive, but eucalyptus to keep the fleas on his side of the demarkation line would be nice.

I planted some Kudzu in his yard last year while they were all at church on sunday morning. But I believe he dug it up while doing this project.
For those of you that are unfamiliar with this very evasive species. Kudzu-The Vine

I do have some planted, but I want to finish the privacy fence first and then a wall of Arborvitaes is going up.

There is plenty of old corn fields around here so they let us buy 1/2 acre lots, actually mine is .6 of an acre.

Sad part is that most if not all the rest of the neighborhood keep their houses nice.

Yeah, I'd definitely speed up that privacy fence. We had some neighbors kind of like that. On a smaller lot they had almost that many cars and an old school bus. The city is finally cracking down on them.

Edit: Had lots of experience with kudzu when I lived in Georgia. I'm not sure I'd wish that stuff on anyone. It can grow like a foot a day.

Keep us posted, I am interested how is going to do the Roof.

What do you think? Is he going to run the gable end into the existing house? or Create a roof top swimming pool? or He will never get that far in to construction?

A call to the local building department could get him red-tagged in a hurry.

I think you should have just put up a perimeter block wall on the property line and stucco'd it.

With that much yard you otta be dirt tracking with some xr50s. And why wern't you at church instead of planting seeds?

Damn. You might as well have stayed in Louisiana.

I'd do that building permit check soon.

If there is any mortgage on the place then he has to have it insured. The insurance company may have objections to his property forcing him to clean up his act.
