Just because you are not breaking the law does not mean the search is reasonable. A society that monitors your every move is totalitarian .

It is an interesting concept. I am not sure how well it would work in daylight but at night it should work great. Most cams detect infrared quite well so you are just introducing a higher signal that blocks the one targeted (if you doubt this point a TV remote at your camcorder and press a button).
