    Indy Mile 2008: Group Ticket Purchase

    I'm still trying to work out the details of a group buy for the Indy Mile during the Indy USGP in 2008, but would like some feedback.

    Some basic info here:

    Tickets are $35 Reserved Grandstand and $20 Infield.

    I should be able to lock it up tomorrow, but need to know how many are interested in group tickets? Please chime in if interested. Thanks!



    Nicky Hayden, a former AMA Flat Track competitor and 2006 MotoGP Champion says, "I'm real excited to see the legendary Indy Mile return, and it'll be great to see the bikes run there the weekend of the Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix. My highlight of the Indy Mile was my very last race as an amateur. I won the first ever Horizon award. This is a good track, but not an easy one. It takes a fast horse and a lot of guts, and I've got no doubt these boys will put on a show. Believe me; you will get your money’s worth. We should see some great racing there." Hayden is a native of nearby Owensboro, Kentucky.

    Bump...

    We are currently at 11 seats, need at least 20 to make the group rate which gets us a block together and $3 off per seat. (Your ticket cost would be $33.25)

    I'd like to lock this up in a day or two at the most...

    Any more interest?

    BTW...these bikes have no TC, and slide the rear to turn...should be far more exciting than MotoGP....
