The bike has a natural tendency to be upright. As you apply more throttle and turn less the bike will "rise". There's no need to "lift" or "pull" it. The bike is not resting on your knee despite how it looks.

Does balance have anything to do with it or is it strictly how much or less you are counter-steering?

Counter steering and throttle application. Really, once you're doing it you don't even think about it. And if you are thinking about it...well, that's probably bad.

Hahaha....not a big deal at all...I haven't posted enough for anyone to really know me, so it's an easy assumption! Yeah..my hubby is Osiris, so it's close...Don't think we'll see Grattan this year, but maybe within the next couple or so...I really think I would like to try it, but I think I need a little more road experience first...I'd hate to be the worst rider out there! So, I think I'll practice a little more before running with the "big boys"!

I was hoping this month but no free time away from my kids until 01/20 - 27 so I don't think there's anything going on then. Is there?

Maybe Feb cause in March I'll be in VEGAS baby.

BTW........ thanks for the compliment. I have so much to learn but I'm not stopping now.
