Official "We're Home Safe" Roll Call

Tornado B8 & DJChyk are back in KC, safe & sound. Wonder how long it'll take the kids to unload the trailer?

The HondaGals and Redsazook (Doug) are back in NJ. Just got back from dinner (sushi) and are gonna watch last weekend's MotoGP race.

Didn't you have enough of the tundra?

After an exhausting 1.5 hours of driving we finally made it home. Really some of you are nuts for driving so far last night. I felt like falling asleep in the truck after an hour. I can't imagine.

I made it home last night about 10:00. Just a couple of nods here and there.

Got home for dinner yesterday and emptied out the van this evening.

A big box of Marchesini wheels and galfer rotors waiting here today as I work toward a more guilt-and-stress free track setup for the RC30 next year...

it won't let me add anymore of those.

we took our time getting home. drove a few hours wednesday night then stopped for dinner then drove another hour then stopped at a hotel. got up sorta late around 8:30 and had breakfast and drove till lunch time then stopped again. Then we drove some more and eventually split up (me/JH, Alessandro and Dan B) along I80. a bunch of rain but thankfully no rain while swapping everything to my truck. but rain 5 minutes up the highway and most of the time till halfway through MA. got hme about an hour ago.

Instead of heading home, Rachel and I had to steer the photo trailer to Monticello, NY, where we're photographing a trackday at the new Monticello Motorsports Club on Friday.
We had a decent day, although it consisted of about ten hours in the truck from wherever that was we stayed last night (somewhere in Ohio between Toledo and Sandusky) to Monticello. Unfortunately, Rachel's belly hurt and she slept just about the whole day.
Pizza Hut was closed by the time we arrived, so we headed to some bar up the street from the hotel. They were singing karaoke - and not very well, either - but the burger and the beer was good.
I'm exhausted, but had to check in here before hitting the sack. We're still 4.5 or 5 hours from home; we're hoping to be there before midnight on Friday, but we'll see how the trackday goes.
Two things I'm sure of, though...
1. There will be more incidents before lunch than we had in three days at Grattan.
2. It won't be half as much fun as Monday - Wednesday were.

The guys from Boston Moto will be there so tell Scottie, Dennis and the rest of them to keep it rubber side down. I'll make sure Scottie pops in and gives a full review of the track. Hopefully they give the safety a thumbs up cause I wanna ride it seeing as its only a few hours away. If I had known about this day before hand I woulda signed up and done it ont eh way home.

Spending the 4th weekend in Motown with friends.

Got here safe after almost seeing some great sites on I96. Thanks for making the ride here fun. Think a trip to NJ is in the works....

Not "home" yet....

got to work around 10pm and took a quick nap before starting my shift.

I get off at 7am, at which time I'll drive another hour home, give the wife and kids huge hugs and kisses and then pass out until at least 5pm.

You must be tired a LOT... hahaha

I made it back to coreys house wednesday night(a little fuzzy though)

Headed out after breakfast and unpacking coreys stuff only to pull up beside some french guy pulling a toy hauler on the 401 What are the odds of that.

Dropped richard636 off and "slipstreamed" a transport with our trucks all the way back to My place. Finally said goodbyes to JBD and VS about 100kms from my house(for the 5th time)

Made it home around 5:30 yesterday and Now it is back to "real" life. I have to be out of my house next weekend. ugh.

That's going to be painful, unless you meant "down".
