-and heal fast-I had a similar injury recently-while chasing down my speeding 2 year old. Splint the toe to the nearest uninjured toe-it helps reduce the pain a lot.

To complete the week in tribute to BakeTech, I broke the second toe on my right foot trying to navigate around all the hospital furniture in our living room. I can barely get a shoe on as it is now larger than the big toe.
Good times were had by all . . .

yeah the body position really came along nicely this year. finally got it where I want it. Gotta thank Bwhip for that as it was his teachings that got me where I am. but now the bike is more upright (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) so I didn't get a knee down even once. not that I did it much before anyway. I gotta remember to do some stretching before hand though as my groin muscles are feeling it now.
