holly hanging off Bret-they should use you as an example for body positioning for new track riders

-nice pics-Baketech-cant wait to see more

-and heal fast-I had a similar injury recently-while chasing down my speeding 2 year old. Splint the toe to the nearest uninjured toe-it helps reduce the pain a lot.

To complete the week in tribute to BakeTech, I broke the second toe on my right foot trying to navigate around all the hospital furniture in our living room. I can barely get a shoe on as it is now larger than the big toe.

Good times were had by all . . .

    Now in stereo
    Visionaries say "Yes, we can."
    Engineers say "Not so fast."

    and Seamus is awesome

yeah the body position really came along nicely this year. finally got it where I want it. Gotta thank Bwhip for that as it was his teachings that got me where I am. but now the bike is more upright (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) so I didn't get a knee down even once. not that I did it much before anyway. I gotta remember to do some stretching before hand though as my groin muscles are feeling it now.

My body position improved by a µradian though I think I lost ground from '07 as passenger sheep was not on providing ear lean....

Though I did drag a leg on the raised apron through the bowl
