This year I am bringing my optimistic XT lap timer. Last year Hammer was nice enough not to poke to much fun at me.
This year maybe I will tape a large flav-a-flav size clock to my tail section.

Get his Viking helmet too

Now in stereo
Visionaries say "Yes, we can."
Engineers say "Not so fast."

have you listened to that guy, I don't think the helmet has protected his head much so I doubt it'll pass tech.

I try not to. His show plays on the TV Guide channel so it's nearly impossible to avoid that sick piece of change.

any idea on when we'll have the prices figured out?....
also has anyone heard if any of the trackday organizations have the Sat/Sun before these dates booked? If I'm taking most the week off for the MCADX days then I might as well do a full 5 day stint while i'm at it. Might be the only time I get to the track for the year.. Atleast it will be for the BEST days!
-
STT will be there on the 3rd.

I hear ya. Apex still hasn't posted their dates yet. Although thinking... 3 days (mon tues and wed) should be plenty by itself. Unless you were going to do one day with a track day organizer, and one day with the addicts.

I know I could hardly do the three last year with the amount of track time I put in...
See you at GRATTAN

I did 5 straight in 07 and I'm pretty sure he was there also, think he might have set out a day to rest though. I was good(rode every session) until the last day when we switched to counter clockwise, by then I was so dehydrated and trying to learn the track backwards after almost five days in the opposite direction was just too much for my brain to comprehend
Not to mention my leathers practically stood up and walked around on their own by the end...

It's times like yesterday(-36 plus windchill) that I like to think of the "whoring" time I take there... and you can borrow the bike anytime. and if you ever want to ride a 1KRR again let me know.
Counter clockwise is a bugger to learn for sure.

-36? I think this is as far north as I'll ever live. I like to go visit though.
Thanks for the offer for the 1krr. I'm going to try to bring mine to Grattan again, but I don't know if I'll be able to fit both in the trailer.

We need to get you a "best sense of humor" price this year.
I'm thinking of getting a couple of this things

to test if I can fit both bikes in the little trailer. We'll see.
