McAdx Days at Grattan 2008

The time has come, the walrus said
To speak of many things . . .

This will be a one week poll to select the dates for our annual event this year. Not a huge choice, but some people may prefer one or the other. Please vote so I can get the ball rolling .

Either works equally well for me. I just voted along established voting lines.

There's a good chance I'll have to work the July 1st holiday.

It also would be a little further away from the probable WSBK/AMA/MCADX event at Miller May 30 - June 3 (?), hopefully improving chances of members being able to make it to both events.

For those that have to travel actual distance, the 4th holiday makes it a nightmare. No hotels with vacancy on the road.

Not lodging a vote though.

Yep just cast the vote as it would save 1 day of vacation for other abuse (trips to Putnam or saving to another trip to Miller)

If you have it on the July 1st weekend you'll have to put up with rowdy drunken Canadian patriotism.

As opposed to rowdy drunken Canadian apathy?

Re: McAdx Days at Grattan 2008

I voted June 30 - July 2, but honestly don't know if I'll make it this year or not. If I do, I need to have better living conditions than last year. The heat ruined it for me and I think I need some help around the paddock. Man would I love to rent a toy hauler or something.

Between UT and Chicago, there isn't much around on I-80.

Actually I hope it is a bit warmer. Thought I was going to have to heat the tent
