My crash at the buss stop

Here's a little something I putted together at lunch time. It's a good vid to watch if you want to know what NOT to do. My lines are not good anywhere, completely messed up turn 2 ( I think I went all the way down to first gear) and the buss stop, well, you'll see. Watch the whole thing, the crash is at the very end

Even messed up the title of my clip!

I couldn't really tell but I know I'm in there somewhere passing you only time it happened all 3 days.

glad you weren't hurt though. if you're gonna go down that might be the best place to do it, slowest corner and right next to the grass. god you're even good at crashing

It was a better crash than mine....
You had to test that camera didn't you?
I saw myself go by after you crashed. Three laps after that and my bike was dragging on its side too.

He didn't even re-bend his rear brake lever. The farmer in me was longing to go at it with a pair of visegrips.

I was right behind him there and I have to say that it was just a little too late on the brakes and then he just ran out of track...

Glad things went as well as what they did all things considered. Not much damage all things said.

My crash was WAY betters than yours, in every way!

First, I have it on film
Second, I have pictures of it
Third, I was not hurt at all
Fourth, I was able to ride my bike the rest of the event.

All in order.

One of my biggest concern after the crash was to be able to pick up the pace again. My September crash really messed me up. I was happy to see that I was a second faster the next day. This crash is behind me now

I was way to afraid of breaking it. Better have a bent one than none

It looked like you went deep and then too hard on the brakes too fast, so fixation was my first logical assumption. Not bad for laying on a couch while all this drama unfolds around me eh?

Just glad you're ok, faster now, and that you didn't take out NH in the process

I would have just told everyone it was a mirage and I thought I saw a krispy kreme under the trees, or was trying to get some shade, oh and don't forget it's not crashing its limit expansion.

It was a lot like Jimbo from South Park,"He's coming right for us!!!" bang bang bang!

...without the bang bang bang. And yes, I almost dropped my Krispy Kreme.

If I knew he was not taking pictures I would have taken the bastard down with me

No argument from me there. But I still think... well I don't know what to say right now but I'm sure I'll come up with something eventually.

Hahahaha, yeah, sure it is...

I am in the process of shovelling 15 yards of screened topsoil away from the front of it this week... I guess that I should have gotten a picture.

I AM however hoping to get your tires changed and BALANCED even

You ride next weekend right?

There is a BEAUTY tar strip there, I managed to scare the crap outta myself a few times before "adjusting" my line to avoid it. I hate when the front end moves around under breaking

Nice video production and soundtrack. I'm sorry you had to go down to make it though. I'm also glad that you got the desire to do that again out of your system!

How did VS take the news?

You know you just got greedy right? An outside pass on the exit is easy to pull off, but you started to turn about 10 feet past the "Last Chance Texaco". Patience buddy, patience . . .
