No, but there is some video footage of me almost dragging elbow in the carousel and I did manage to drag my fairings. I kept feeling something touch other than my knee and thought it was my pegs so I would try to hang off the bike more. Didn't notice it was my fairings until I got home.

In your case yes, you did drag them.
In my case was more of a sudden stop. There was no so much dragging. Just hit and fall over the handle bars.
His plastic dragging was different IMHO. Yes, I'm humble.
