The wide angle panorama of the video gives some idea of the epic location of the venue, and the pace just emphasizes the scale of the track. That's a great vid, James.

I think Bwhip speeds his up, anyway.

Yeah, and bribes the other riders to ride slow. You know how those rich Ducati owners are...

Sweet vid. At 2:16 you caught what I spoke with you about in the pits later on.
The only session I went out (on bwhip's 600) and I came up on you in turn 7.
When I saw it was you, I tried to make the pass as easy on you as I could, but wasn't sure if it disrupted you. Looks like it was alright.

Ah, so that was the pass you were talking about. Absolutely no problem at all, very courteous.

I'm pleased that I caught a Motorcycle Addict on tape - even if only for a few seconds

    Jimmy

That is some very cool video. Makes me wish I had known you were shooting, I would've come out an hogged your shots. Very nice and stable, what are you using?

On a side note, did anyone get footage of my buddy taking a soil sample on monday? He's dying to see anything, other than his gouge marks in turn 5. You can actually see them in Jimmy's video...

I saw no crashes at all. I did follow Phobe for a lap or so and was real bummed as I thought the cam was on but don't see that lap

Thanks Crash! Yeah that would have been cool. I can't say I blame you for moving up to the A group on Sunday.

Are you doing anything on Oct 6th and 7th? My daughter and I are planning to be at Buttonwillow for those two days with TheTrackClub. CW on Saturday and CCW on Sunday.

Just a regular 580 line NTSC lipstick cam plugged into a Sony DCR-HC42 camcorder. I guess I got lucky with the stability, but then, I'm not travelling too fast

Dude, you're reading my mind. I'll be at Buttonwillow on Sunday. The track run backwards is by far the better configuration! Cool man, see you there.

Yes, he's fine. Just bummed out, no one likes to see their bike damaged. Fortunatly it was the slowest corner on that massive track so it was minimal damage.
