That shot was staged. Everyone really did behave themselves. Well, except Frenchie with her poles.

Looks like you guys had a blast! I love the mountains in the background. Haven't been out west in many years. I'll have to try and make this one next year...

hey he had the whole GSXR welcome kit gear on (wife beater, shorts, flip flops). his kit is a fake though, doesn't have the official badging.

Good thing no one got pics of me doing parking lot wheelies on the SXV clad in shorts and sandals with no helmet. I wasn't drinking, though!

We all laughed pretty hard when, during the riders' meeting, Clay from Apex was warning all about rider behavior. He said (jokingly) "Let's keep stunting on the streets where it belongs!"

Or when referring to fluid spills from bikes to "get that stuff off the track surface and into the environment where it belongs".

Awww I do love you Frenchie!!! I can always count on you to make me smile, if not laugh so hard my face hurts. And hey, you are one smokin hot chick if I do say so myself, and now you have proof with the award you won.

You're not the only one who was doing some crazy things that were caught on camera. I just joined in the festivities outside the restaurant. Haha. Dave you gotta remember that one.

The burping contest is definitely on for next year .

    Hola from SoCal...

I got in yesterday afternoon and have been making up for the trip at the house since. This is my first available time to post. All I can say is WOW, what a great trip it was!!!!

First and foremost, thank you to bwhip for all your work in putting this together! And for also just embarrasing all of us with your track abilities. You rail and are probably the most unassuming racer I've ever met. When I grow up I want to be just like you.

Phob, Sheep, Jess, Frenchie, BDA, Jimmy, et al.... it was an absolute pleasure to meet and ride with you all. Great group of people for sure. To be honest, I was expecting something along the lines of a Dateline special when I agreed to meet people from the web, but to my surprise no Chris Hanson or jail time! So bonus!

Apex runs a great event and I will most likely do more days with them. It is worth the drive.

Welcome also to my buddy Finatic1.

You should wear your earplugs in the truck. Makes life much better on the end of the trip.

I thought about it. The truck was working fairly hard so there is vibration also (and some sway). The first bit was US and state highways and REAL wavey. Enough that when I opened a pop it exploded all over me

I really wasn't sure about posting this. It's my first track day video, it's rather long. Something like a fast walking pace around the Miller full track.

Still, the scenery is nice and the sky is gorgeous. I enjoyed myself immensely and can't wait to do it all again next year

Why unsure? We all start somewhere and unless you're some kind of savant, it's usually at the beginner's level.

Besides, you're not much slower than me. I'm slow as mole asses too. All that matters is you're enjoying yourself, which it definitely appears that you did.

That's one of the best quality video I've seen on this forum taken from a bike on a track. The riding is just practice.
