Well..... we've been cracking up over this Ding Fries Are Done!! for awhile now on my message board, and I started singing it on our way up & the guys got it stuck in their head as they were riding.... LMAO!! Now you know why their lines were all messed up, hahaha!! My lines were better because I got to follow bwhip & bda116 in the FAST Group.

And the track does have elevation change, but it is so wide and long that the changes are very gradual except in a couple spots. You can see through most corners, only a couple blind ones. Most of the corners will feel and appear flat even though you'll be going either slightly up or downhill.
Yes, I asked to run in the B group to film the guys having the time of their life like we were doing in the other group.
Can't believe I'm going to miss this one........

The gay waiter, the bums and pizza delivery to the hotel, etc...
I wish I hadn't missed the hotel fun last year.
Speed's going to miss out. I'll miss him even though I won't be riding.
To clarify, Speed rode with us in A group all day the first day and half the second, then he went to shoot film in B group for some of the kalifornistani contingent he brought with him.
We all had fun regardless.

I NEVER want to hear a criticism of any video I post after seeing that.
Yep you should be ashamed that you are not coming Speed since I am going all the way west (not on a plane like the yanks neither). We probably won't even have fun...

I'll be sure to give your waiter buddy at Biaggi's a pat on the rump for you...
Well, we try to be at least a little entertaining, but nothing can compare with Phobe & his merry band of Cannucks trying to get a tweaker drunk so they might have a chance at winning a fight.........

You will have the time of your life!! OK, you really won't have as much fun as when you schooled me at Grattan, but it'll be close......

Last time I rode the full was in Round 2 of the racing series, back in April. That was the round where it was raining on and off, so I switched the 600 to street tires, and didn't get to run the RC because the header pipe broke off in practice. Best lap that day was a 3:18. I'm sure looking forward to seeing what I can do now, especially with the 1098. What were we running last Labor Day? I don't remember.

My best time last year was a 3:28.10. You were in the 26s and I think Beedy was in the 24s.
I'll be disappointed if I can't get into the teens this year.

Based on how well you ran at Grattan, I'm sure you'll do just fine!

Remember we all started off the first day never having ridden the full track and were in like the 47s+ that morning. By the end of the second day I think we were all comfortable and one more day we would have all been in the teens last year. You'll be there for sure. Of course, smart money says 'whip's gonna be under 10.

Fastest of the fastest guys back in April (top experts) were 3:09, 3:10 range, albeit not in optimal conditions. If I could get to consistent 3:15's, I'd be pretty darn happy!

I will have my bike and be riding the Rockies on three days after with the RR Spotting Buffalo, Elk, Moose and RMBs. Visiting the Jackalope Museum and a dinosaur area. I MIGHT even get paid to go out to Colorado which makes gas cost go to zero though it will mess up the Dino area trip. Also I will have my gear including warmers and stands I am even tossing the grill in just in case.
Plus I love road trips though my favorite is driving about 12PM in the middle of nowhere and I will not being doing that so I can keep my sleep schedule adjusted
Of course I will only have the low-fi iPod to listen to over the truck noise
Take some sage advice: The truck noise is better (or AM radio in the toolies).

toolies never heard that one and had to look it up.... Yep I am going all the way to the toolies then turning right and going 30 miles further while in Wyoming (fossil house)
As long as you do not recommend singing, I will inflict that on nobody (myself included)
I could also go to the Arabia Steamboat Museum in KC again (VERY cool).

My wife asked me today, "so tell me about this track day!"
Reply: "Oh you mean Miller over the weekend? Yeah it's in Utah and two tracks over two days. Should be more fun than trying to have relations in the day time when the kids are running around!"
Response: "Two days! Utah!" Ummmmm.... I didn't know this."
Reply: "You also didn't know what a circumcised pepe was until you were 22! I've been talking about it for months now, and it's the reason I've been doing track days like mad the last few months."
Response: "What am I supposed to do with the twins and our oldest while you're out?"
Reply: "Could care less, as long as it is legal and doesn't lead to therapy later in life.... I'm outta here in a few days!!!!"
Moral of the story.... I can't friggin wait!
