Doesn't look real to me, but one of my old racing buddies did get a tattoo of his R1 and the R1 logo on his shoulder. It was during the first year hype and all that. Great big R1 and the red/white bike across his shoulder.
Whatever floats your boat, I guess. But I somehow doubt he goes shirtless much any longer.
