I am tired of removing the front turn signals for track days. I'd like to buy some flush mounts I can just tape over and hide. Recommendations? Thanks.
I need to ride the bike on the street so a racing plastic suit is out of the question.

Turn signals for motorcycles are not required in Texas. The law states however that if you have them they must be working. If they are that much of a hassle just remove them. Flushmounts don't work worth a damn anyways.
Just mount them to the gun rack or the cattle gaurd and they will come off when you remove them
Evidently. Last time I was there bunch of knuckleheads riding without helmets. Everyone a HD rider. All Sportbike?Metric cruiser guys had a helmet, that I saw.
Btw, Ridesmart and LSTD are doing days at Cresson in two weeks. I will be at the LSTD day 8/24/07. Street riders will be on the 1.3 mile so should be a lot of fun getting schooled by motards and 125s.

I'm all out of vacations days. Plus I'll be in Mexico that day. I'd like to go but it'll have to wait 'till next year.
Final decision. The front ones are a pain so they're out with no replacement. I'm just leaving the red tape I had to cover the faring whole. The rear ones I put back in since they attach to the tag harness and they're easy to remove.
I didn't know about the Texas law... Thanks Phillip.
mine are similar to these mototeck ones. mine have a red trim plate and my lenses are red and smoked. I actually never peeled back the sticky part to attach them to the fairing because they snap into place perfectly in the holes in my fairing. a couple of blade stlye connectors on the wires and they come off in no time.

Sorry it took so long, I was looking for a box and they weren't in one
The first pic is the flushmounts. They look really small here DSCN1472.JPG
This is with the connectors already attached. All you have to do is slide the Molex connector off your current stockers and slip them over the these and they become quick disconnect just like OEM.DSCN1473.JPG
Unfortunately, I had a bad LED in the one without the connectors and had to ship them back to Gregg's but they replaced the light for free. I know you said you're running without them but if you want them, I can crimp the connectors on the second one and sell them to you.
If you don't, check the McCoy site again. They sell just a plug that fills the holes.

No prob man. I have little short stalk LED fronts on my tuono as the OEM ones are very crappy framesliders. They don't work too well and if they ever stop working I am just going to yank them and have rear only.

It's good. Thanks for the offer but I rather just ride with the rear ones for now. Sorry I made you look for them for nothing.

I've been riding for a few days without the front ones and I'm not missing them thus far.
