1965 Honda Dream 65

Test rode this tonight. I'm in love. The guy took it on trade for some construction work 10 years and it's just sat in his company warehouse. Started 2nd kick, topped out at what seemed like 7mph. I got some interesting looks going down the road in my A-stars leathers :-)

Very cool scooter...
I rode something very similar as one of my first rides.
Good memories.

Ok Slick, now you have opened the door for us old geezeers that actually rode things of that vintage to reminece endlessly....

That is a very cherry looking example! Gotta love the front susp linkage with it's sub 2" travel...and of course the enclosed chain!!!

That thing looks like a mini version of my 1965 CB160. Why, I can remember it like it was yesterday.....

Listen to these youngsters talk!

That is a nice bike. Even if you don't like it, buy it to resell. I'll wager you could make a couple bucks.

That's what I was thinking. I just don't have the money right now. I'm trying to figure out how to come up with it. It's Grattan or this, I'm going with Grattan I guess. I even hinted to my dad about it hoping he'd take the bait. It really is in pretty good shape for the age. Shows 4200 miles on an odometer that seems to be working.

When I pulled in on my bike the guys that were there totally laughed and were like, "you lookin' for a downgrade in power." I told them I was just looking to expand the Honda collection. I've always wanted one of these and just couldn't believe that one would come up in such good shape so close to my house. It's less than ten minutes away. I'd never ridden anything like that it was a little disconcerting at first.
