Hey it's Crusty. Friends at work have called me that for years and it just took off on the net. The 9r comes from a favoite old bike I wish I had never sold. Leelover tuned me into the site and I wanted to check in to see how the new bike worked out for him. I'm a year round rider from just outside Atlanta. Commute mostly but enjoy stretching a long trip out every once in a while. Longest day riding was Roswell to Atlanta(1380 miles) in 21 hrs. Longest day sliding was a COLD December Sunday at TGPR.

Dale, I just saw a spoiler about your day...I also saw you were right back out there. Good for you getting back on the horse. When my buddy tried to get me back on the horse at TGPR, I was saved by a oil pressure light staying on. Otherwise, I would have been on track with a concussion and a broken neck. You would be amazed what a little brain trauma and adrenalin will do for pain. While one stays with you for a while, the other wears off and helps you realize your boot is filling with blood from a smashed big toe.
