my name is Brandon and I'm an addict.

I found a link to a thread about some MotoGP news here on the forum. I ride a Kawaski Z1000, been on www.riderforums.com for quite a while. Haven't seen this site before, looks like a cool place.

I don't know about coolest, there's a lot of dirty sites out there. but this one is free so that's a huge plus.

Thanks for the welcomes. The closest I've come to racing is watching MotoGP at Laguna Seca... but someday I hope to go to a track school. Looking forward to this weekend, gonna ride with my dad to Monterey and camp at the track. Hopefully it's a good race.

It's been said - Welcome!

I'm uber jealous you get to go the GP. We'll be expecting pictures.

Z1000, eh? I hear that's quite the hooligan bike. Pictures of that? (we are kind of photo-whores around here, in case you can't tell!)

So can you: MotoGP: Indy 2008 - MCADX Tickets AVAILABLE

Perfect opportunity to buy me that beer(Coke really since I don't drink) and to watch Baketech squirm when he finds out that you do in fact exist.

It's a shitty cell-phone pic, but I had a good ride that day so I like it, no what I mean? That's Upper Big Tujunga/Angeles Crest Highway.

I'm stoked about this weekend. I went last year and had a total blast, should be even better this year since I know my way around better. I'll take a real camera and hopefully get some good pics.

I wish it were that easy, my friend. August is a stupid busy month for me with two wedding on crappy dates (One being MCADX Days at Miller.)
My only salvation is some Apex days the 9th and 10th.

But don't worry, you've still got that beer coming to you. Perhaps you should make it up to Montana come ride that private track with me ...

No worries. It is a good looking bike. I like! I take that is an after-market front cowling/front light set up?

Yeah that's right. The stocker got damaged in a wreck. I've always liked dual-headlights and those were $400 instead of $800 for the Kawi parts, so I got them. Other than that my bike is mostly stock except for a Corbin seat, K&N filter, Pazzo levers and steel brake lines. It's only my second bike after an '81 Kawi LTD 400 I rode around for a year. My legs get cramped on longer rides (I'm 6'4" so I don't fit on many sport bikes) but other than that I love it.
