Gorgeous bike! I think that pearl white with the red frame is the nicest color scheme I've seen in awhile.
Good luck on your new business venture!

Thank you thank you... yeah, I've been eyeing the 848 for a while, couldn't pick the red or white as my favorite until Jesse @ Seacoast mentioned they'd swapped the plastics between a red and white. So I went to check it out, walked in the showroom and it was love at first sight. Long story short though, I Demo'd a red 848 that seemed to run like an absolute champ, the one they prepped for me had problems (cam timing was off and not making full compression), so they swapped the plastics onto the red one I had just test ridden and off I went I couldn't be happier... just trying to get the suspension setup, it's WAY too stiff (and I'm no lightweight at 225 lbs), so I backed some preload off the shock and put all the damping adjustments 1 click from full-soft, we'll see how she feels this afternoon

of course I went. It was awesome, except the part where I'm blaming you for having to ride all the way there and back with a Yankees fan. Check the Grattan section for tons of threads with pics and videos and stories of the whole event. But it was a fun trip with the exception of slacking off during the down time in the rain and getting completely soaked trying to load up the bikes for the ride home.

I'll be taking some pics of the recent upgrades (Termis, Fork Internals) and the back-end stuff (TTX, Ride Height Adjuster, Corse Link...) as it comes in and gets installed (by me). So I'll try and keep documenting the build... maybe start a new thread here soon.

Hard to keep track between the... 11tyBillion forums I'm on But McAdx = The Best (naturally)!
